My passion for weddings and events began at a young age and naturally evolved into a career rooted in thoughtful planning and intentional design. I earned my degree in Hospitality Management with a concentration in Event Management from Endicott College, where I immersed myself in every corner of the industry—gaining hands-on experience through internships with nonprofit organizations, wedding planners, restaurants, hotels, and event venues.

Meet
After graduating, I joined a boutique hotel on the North Shore of Massachusetts, where I led the events and sales department and refined my approach to hosting seamless, elevated celebrations. With nearly a decade of experience in hospitality, I discovered that weddings were where my creativity, organization, and love for meaningful experiences truly came together. That love became even more personal when I met my husband, Josh—who, fittingly, is also part of the wedding world as a DJ.
In 2016, I founded Caitlyn Wiseman Weddings with the intention of offering a deeply personal, high-touch planning experience. We intentionally take on no more than ten weddings each year, allowing our team to provide an exceptional level of care, attention, and artistry to every celebration we design.
When I’m not immersed in weddings, you’ll find me soaking up time with our daughter, Julianna, traveling with my family, and pouring our hearts into making our home a place we love—alongside my husband, Josh.
