From our first phone call we knew she would perfectly execute our vision for our wedding and we were not wrong. I’m not sure how she has any free time because Caitlyn was always extremely prompt in answering our questions and when we first hired her she immediately got all of our vendors booked and put our minds at ease. For the next year and a half she would answer my million emails or hop on a phone call as needed. Caitlyn was always calm and is just so knowledgeable about the entire wedding industry. She got us the best vendor team I think there is out there and everyone from the hair and makeup team to the florist to the photographer were just top notch. The week of the wedding we had virtually no stress because we knew we were in good hands with Caitlyn. Then, on the wedding day she not only was coordinating with our venue and rental company but was checking in on me and my husband, flat laying details, coordinating with the photographer and socializing with our families and friends, she truly does it all. Caitlyn also stayed throughout our whole event and brought everything back to our hotel for us, she is truly such a gem and had our back throughout our entire planning process
